These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peak Short app and its related website. Peak Short is provided by STAR RIVER ETERNAL INTERACTIVE ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these terms before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peak Short, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply together with any purchase-specific terms shown before a transaction and our Privacy Policy.
Account, advertising, purchase, and other app provisions apply to the features available in the version of Peak Short you use. The website's download area shows the current app availability. A Coming soon notice is not an active download offer.
2. Use of Service
Peak Short is a short-drama service. You may use it for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and any access conditions shown for the content. Content availability can vary by location, account, device, and licensing restrictions.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you have not reached the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.
- You are responsible for protecting your account and keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- Do not share account access or use the service for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. User Accounts
Some functions may require an account or a linked sign-in method. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
A guest account or device-based record may not be recoverable after a device change, reset, or app removal unless it is linked to a supported recovery method. Follow the account and purchase-restoration instructions available in the app. To request account deletion, use Delete Account.
4. Content
The content available through Peak Short, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to STAR RIVER ETERNAL INTERACTIVE or its licensors and content suppliers. Your access gives you a limited, personal right to view content through the service. It does not transfer ownership.
Do not copy, distribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from content without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Do not bypass access controls, remove rights notices, or use unauthorized automated tools to extract content. Copyright concerns can be reported under our DMCA Policy.
5. User Conduct
You must not:
- Violate applicable law or another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Impersonate someone else, provide fraudulent information, or misuse another person's account.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service or its servers.
- Harvest personal information about other users or exploit errors to obtain unauthorized access, coins, rewards, or content.
6. Advertising Services
The app may display advertising, including optional rewarded ads where offered. The app shows the conditions of a reward before you choose to participate. Completion and eligibility are subject to the displayed offer and validation. Do not use automated tools or other fraudulent methods to claim rewards.
Third-party advertising services may process device information and ad interactions as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage supported tracking and advertising preferences through app or device controls. Advertised products and linked third-party services have their own terms. Review them before entering a transaction.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Where paid access, subscriptions, coins, or other in-app purchases are offered, the app displays the price, currency, duration, included benefits, and any trial conditions before purchase. Do not assume that a purchase includes every title or future release. The purchase screen defines the access you receive.
App-store purchases are processed by the store through which you purchase. Payment is charged to your store account according to the terms shown at checkout. An auto-renewing subscription continues until canceled under the store's displayed renewal and cancellation terms. Manage or cancel it in the relevant app-store account settings before the next renewal deadline.
Deleting the app or your Peak Short account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Trial eligibility, unused trial time, refunds, and cancellation effects are governed by the terms shown for the offer, the app store's policies, and applicable law. Request store-managed refunds through that store. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory refund or consumer right.
8. Intellectual Property
The Peak Short name, logo, original designs, and related brand materials are owned by STAR RIVER ETERNAL INTERACTIVE or used under permission. Do not use them in a way that implies endorsement or an association without authorization. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be prevented. Maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility, and content licensing can affect availability. Any rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, STAR RIVER ETERNAL INTERACTIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies continue to apply.
11. Termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. Where required by law, we provide notice and any applicable opportunity to challenge the decision. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Separate store subscriptions must be canceled through the store. Termination does not remove legal obligations or rights that must survive it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date appear on this page. We provide notice of material changes and obtain further agreement where required by law. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
13. Governing Law
These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. They do not deprive you of rights that cannot be waived by contract or require you to bring a claim in a forum where such a requirement would be unlawful.
